Case Study
Context: A large home products company was facing low employee morale issue and was embarking on a huge growth initiative. The CEO and leadership were concerned that their employees might not be able to support their growth and wanted to instill a sense of urgency in them.
Intervention: Conducted a series of offsite events which included high energy team activities, group discussions and fun activities. These activities were designed to foster a 'can do' mind set, 'trust' and 'team coordination' while being fun. The activities included rock climbing, trekking, drama and other outdoor activities.
Impact: The Company has been increasing its sales at a brisk pace and ready for the growth. The morale of the team was high and the team were back at work with a strong 'will' to take on the growth challenge. The leadership was very pleased with the increased enthusiasm of the team, improved teaming and improving sales.
